Hi there, I found your blog by co-incidencen when I was looking for more information about Anna and Rolando. A friend of mine, an Opera singer, gave me the Salzburg 2005 DVD, La Traviata and ever since I am mesmerized by the two. My daughter, 3 1/2 years old wants to listen to it almost every day we are up in our mountain hut on the projector screen (3*6m), she follows it through until the end every time!
My romantic trait wanted them to be together so much, that I was looking for any hints, but alas, I found that Anna married Schrott. Do you know anything why it didn't click between Anna and Rolando? Thanks for any gossip or hypothesis...cheers, Marcel.
